How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1–3 business days. From there, standard shipping takes 2–6 business days and express shipping takes 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves us, so you will always know where your matcha is. Please allow a little extra time if you're in a rural or regional area.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All Australian orders over $120 AUD qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Below that threshold, standard shipping is $9.99 and express is $14.99. No codes needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, and we know that's disappointing for those of you outside Australia. We're an Australian-only store for now, but expanding is something we're working toward. Stay on the newsletter and you'll be the first to know.
Can I return my order?
Because matcha is a perishable food product, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. That said, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, we want to hear from you within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out promptly. We stand behind every tin.
What is the difference between the 30g and 100g options?
Same matcha, different commitment. The 30g tin gives you around 8 servings and is a great way to start before going all in. The 100g pouch gives you roughly 25 servings and is the better value choice for those who've made matcha part of their daily routine. Either way, you're getting the same Uji-sourced, stone-ground quality.
How should I store my matcha once it arrives?
Keep it somewhere cool, dark, and away from strong odours. Once opened, seal it well and try to finish it within 4–6 weeks for the best flavour and colour. The fridge works fine if that suits your routine, just let it come back to room temperature before opening to prevent any moisture getting in.
I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as you notice at order@ensoomatcha.com.au. We'll do everything possible to update the address before your order is dispatched. The sooner you reach out, the better our chances of catching it in time.
How much caffeine is in matcha compared to coffee?
Matcha does contain caffeine, but it works differently to coffee. The natural L-theanine in matcha slows the caffeine release, giving you a calm, focused energy without the spike or crash. Most people find it a gentler, more sustained experience. If you're sensitive to caffeine or prefer something lighter, our Hojicha is a naturally lower-caffeine option and makes a lovely evening cup.
